PARIS- MONTMARTRE

Topped by the white Sacre-Coeur basilica, Montmartre is the highest Paris hill at 130 meters. Very rural until a century ago, Montmartre is nowadays the last village in the big city of Paris. It still keeps a subtle and unique atmosphere in spite of the affluence of tourists from all over the world.Today, the many painters on Place du Tertre are always ready to sketch out your face, a nice souvenir of Paris. They remind us of the many pennyless artists, with among them Renoir, Monet, Van Gogh and Picasso who lived there in late 19th/ early 20th centuries.

THIS BY FAR WAS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN PARIS!

It was the REAL Paris. There were painters, music, and great views to take in. BREATHTAKING!
